We are looking for versatile individuals to help manage projects and airport operations.

We're looking for people who value challenges and are excited to be part of our expanding 4W Rental organization in Indonesia. You will work onsite in our office in East Jakarta and report to Special Project Manager. If this resonates with you, keep reading!

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Help coordinate airport and special projects from initiation to completion, ensuring and within-budget delivery.
• Provide administrative support to project managers, including preparing and distributing meeting materials, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, charts, and other visual aids.
• Perform site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions.
