Get to Know the Role
The Fleet Partner Lead is a strategic role designed to professionalize the governance of our external fleet providers. Moving away from fragmented, reactive oversight, you will be the primary commercial and operational owner for our fleet partnerships. Your mission is to maximize financial performance, enforce rigorous service standards, and secure the operational reliability necessary for our business to scale.
You will report to the Head, Mobility and work onsite at Grab office, Mapletree Business Centre, HCMC.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Strategic Governance & Relationship Management
- Primary Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact for external fleet partners, fostering professional, long-term relationships.
- Proactive Oversight: Transition partner management from "problem-solving" to "performance-driving" through structured communication and accountability.
- Scaling Strategy: Build a partner ecosystem that supports rapid business growth while mitigating operational risk.
- Commercial Ownership & Financial Performance
- Cost Optimization: Audit and validate billing to eliminate errors and realize substantial cost savings.
- Contract Management: Drive full contract compliance and lead negotiations for favorable commercial terms during renewals or expansions.
- Financial Accountability: Monitor spend against budget and identify opportunities for efficiency without compromising quality.
- Operational Excellence & Reliability
- Performance Enforcement: Define, monitor, and enforce strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Governance Framework: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly performance check-ins to address gaps and align on goals.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the final escalation point for critical operational issues, ensuring fleet uptime and service consistency.
