The Outbound Communication team develops high-throughput solutions that allow the delivery of transactional and marketing messages, including push notifications, emails, SMS, and more, to millions of users, while also improving in-app communication experiences. Get to know the role

We are looking for passionate developers with the required skills and then some to join our team. You will have opportunities to design backend components and services. Not only will you get to collaborate with the product, business, and program management teams to be on top of your deliverables, but you will also serve as a mentor to your teammates to help meet the teams' deliverables and goals. You will report to the Engineering Manager. You will be based in HCMC and you will work in the office

The Critical tasks you will perform

• Design and write with the modern GO language to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of our range of services. Work with the engineering team to explore and create new designs/architecture geared towards scale and performance.
• Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards.
• Participate in service capacity and demand planning, software performance analysis, tuning, and optimization.
• Collaborate with product and experience teams to define and prototype feature specifications
• Work with the infrastructure team in building and scaling back-end services and performing root cause analysis investigations.
• Develop, analyze and fix large-scale systems.
• You are required to participate in team on-call rotation to help us achieve operational excellence.
