We are seeking a and experienced City Associate for Outer Bali and Labuan Bajo to join our organization in Kecamatan Denpasar Utara, Indonesia. You will manage and optimize our operations in these important tourist destinations.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage all aspects of daily operations in Outer Bali and Labuan Bajo, ensuring service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and cultivate strategic relationships with local partners, vendors, and partners to support organizational goals.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce rigorous service quality standards across all customer touchpoints to maintain exceptional service integrity.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of local market trends and competitor activities to identify and use growth opportunities.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Facilitate seamless coordination with teams to enhance service offerings and maximize operational efficiency.
• Compile and submit detailed reports on main performance metrics, operational challenges, and strategic opportunities within the assigned territories.
• Ensure strict compliance with local regulations and company policies across all operational activities.
