Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Regional Center of Excellence (COE) for Driver Operations, based in Pasig, Philippines. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize driver operations across our regional network.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Process Optimization: Design and optimize scalable, tech-enabled processes for driver operations.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational data and qualitative feedback to identify inefficiencies, surface opportunities, and make strategic recommendations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Country Operations Teams, Cross-Functional Teams, Product Owners, and Vendor Partners to align priorities and ensure seamless execution.
• Vendor Management: Oversee vendor performance, implement best practices, and ensure delivery across countries and verticals.
• Project Leadership: Lead key projects to re-engineer processes, introduce innovations, and drive improvements across the driver journey.
• Change Management: Act as a change agent to drive adoption of new tools within the team and across markets.
• Reporting and Accountability: Harmonize priorities, align OKRs, and drive cross-functional accountability to ensure delivery of initiatives.
