Manager, Supply Chain

Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to design, manage, and scale the supply chain operations that form the backbone of our GrabMart business. This role is accountable for ensuring reliable product availability, efficient warehousing and distribution, and seamless integration with retail partners and logistics providers.

You will work closely with suppliers, retail partners, and 3PLs, as well as internal operations, tech, and category teams, to deliver a cost-efficient, scalable, and customer-trusted supply chain across Southeast Asia.

This role will report to Head of Supply Chain, based onsite at our Grab One North Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Fulfilment & Warehousing

• Manage distribution centers (DCs) and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Oversee fast inbounding, efficient picking/packing, and dispatch accuracy.
• Continuously improve warehouse processes through AI-enabled warehouse automation and robotics to reduce lead times and errors.

Last-Mile Delivery

• Lead fleet operations innovation, including own fleet, gig riders, EVs, and autonomous delivery pilots.
• Optimize and apply AI-driven routing and delivery models to ensure cost-efficient, and reliable delivery.

Scalability & Partnerships

• Explore and establish regional JVs and logistics partnerships to support new market entry and scalable growth.
• Build a strong partner ecosystem across 3PLs, 4PLs, and fleet providers.

Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning

• Use AI- data-driven forecasting models to predict demand trends and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Minimize out-of-stock events and overstocks, ensuring a balance between customer satisfaction and working capital efficiency.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Introduce new fulfilment models (e.g., dark stores, micro-fulfilment centers).
• Deploy technologies such as WMS, TMS, AI-driven demand planning, and warehouse automation.
• Drive cost efficiencies while maintaining service excellence.

Performance & Analytics

• Develop and track KPIs: order fill rate (OFR), on-time delivery, cost per order, inventory turnover.
• Use data insights to refine supply chain design and operations.
