Get to Know the Role

We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to strengthen how Grab Tech plans, governs, and gains visibility into its technology investments. The role will report to the Head of Tech PMO.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Tech budget planning and financial governance
• Portfolio-level investment visibility
• Systems and workflow automation
• Cross-functional partnership with Engineering, Finance, and Tech Strategy

You will bring structure, analytical rigor, and scalable systems to how Tech allocates and tracks capital to enable better, data-driven decision-making at leadership level.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Drive structured budgeting and forecasting across Tech (OPEX, CAPEX, headcount, vendors, infra)
• Improve forecast accuracy and variance transparency
• Build portfolio-level visibility into Tech investment allocation
• Support scenario modeling and investment trade-off analysis
• Modernize reporting workflows and reduce manual spreadsheet reliance
• Develop dashboards, reporting pipelines and internal management systems
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Tech Strategy to align governance with strategic priorities
