We collaborate with eateries and retail businesses, empowering them to succeed using our payment product, which is an all-in-one device that seamlessly handles both card and QR payments.

You will report to the Manager, Merchant Sales, and it will be fully onsite in Grab Singapore office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Own the Acquisition Process: Manage the end-to-end merchant acquisition process, from prospecting new leads to delivering compelling pitches and successfully onboarding merchant-partners
- Modernize the In-Store Checkout: Help merchants streamline their in-store sales with an all-in-one device that seamlessly handles both card and QR payments
- Be the Voice of the Market: Act as a critical feedback loop by gathering real-time, on-ground merchant insights to help our Product and Strategy teams shape the future of Grab's in-store payment product
- Leverage the Grab Ecosystem: Master Grab's ecosystem of solutions (including Deliveries, Dine-Out, Reservations, CRM, Ads, Loans) to spot cross-selling opportunities and connect merchants to the appropriate sales teams
