Get to Know the Role
In this role, you'll plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive consumer demand and support local F&B merchants. You'll work across multiple channels — from in-app discovery and paid media to creator-led content and on-ground activations. You'll report to the Deliveries Marketing Head in Singapore and collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Operations, Creative, and external partners.
This 1-year contract role will be fully on-site at our Grab One-North office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across channels:
- You will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns targeting consumers and F&B merchants, including creative briefing, asset production, channel coordination, and go-to-market execution.
- Coordinate across channels and stakeholders for seamless rollout:
- You will work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed cohesively across in-app placements, CRM (EDM, push), owned channels and paid media.
- Support content and campaign production:
- You will coordinate with KOLs, content creators, and media partners to develop engaging content, and manage the production of campaign collaterals including POSMs and event materials.
- Track performance and optimise campaign execution:
- You will monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and apply learnings to improve future activations and ongoing marketing efforts.
