Get to Know the Role
- We focus on managing the lifecycle of our hirer-partners. We curate their experience, recruit them and support them with an excellent rental experience.
- You will report to the Head of GrabRentals PHV, and report onsite at Singapore Grab Tampines office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Lead the customer lifecycle strategy across GrabRentals PHV hirer-partners.
- Ensure consistent high-quality experiences across online and offline touchpoint
- Conduct reviews and improve policies and processes to boost customer retention.
- Manage the customer retention team to ensure smooth daily operations, resolve issues, and handle escalations.
- Establish and grow new sales channels to support business growth and expansion. Develop and implement Go-To-Market plans and sales guides for new channels and products
- Oversee the entire sales process, converting inbound leads and managing outbound channels to exceed sales target. Conduct data-driven analysis to improve sales channels, pipelines, and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, business, and operations teams to improve revenue
- Manage a team of over 15 members, consisting of both full-time and part-time staff across sales and customer retention functions.
