Get to Know the Role

As part of Regional GrabAds SMB Strategy & Planning team, you will support various regional business development initiatives and co-create strategic business plans to drive self-serve ads growth. Promote and deliver self-serve advertising services to Grab's ecosystem participants. You'll work cross-functionally with leaders from GrabAds, Product, Marketing, Food & CE and relevant stakeholders to identify compelling advertising solutions for broad merchants adoption.

An ideal candidate will embody a strategic business mindset, analytical. Enjoy exploring ideas with internal function stakeholders. Understanding business levers and how to piece critical drivers together to grow business. The candidate will also enjoy challenging the status quo, chasing results, diving deep into troubleshooting and working with their peers to share solutions and raise the bar for the entire team. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Strategic Persuasion: Co-create and execute strategies and special projects to grow business potential via cross-functional and country enablement.
  • Performance Tracking: Oversee performance tracking, analysis, and reporting to ensure the financial health of business operations. Identify opportunities and escalate issues in collaboration with the data analytics team.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct industry and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Business Insights: Consolidate and synthesize critical business insights for opportunities, learnings, and provide direction for business decision-making.
  • Leadership Alignment: Manage business review cadences and executive updates for leadership alignment.
  • AI & Process Innovation: Champion an AI learner/builder mindset by proactively identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools to identify business opportunities, automate workflows, build lightweight solutions, and drive operational efficiency.
