Get to Know the Role
You'll be at the forefront of establishing and managing strong business relationships with our FMCG Key Account partners to drive significant growth for FMCG partners. Your primary key performance indicator (KPI) will be the success of these partners on the platform, achieved through consistent and best-in-class support, with a particular emphasis on maximizing their advertising and marketing impact.
You'll be involved in conducting in-depth analyses that provide partners with actionable insights to improve their success metrics. You'll then assist them with suggested initiatives to be carried out as a direct result of these insights. As part of the Partner Success Team, you'll be specifically tasked with supporting all activities tied to partners' GrabAds & in-app marketing campaigns. You'll assist the team in driving growth for these key accounts through the negotiation of campaign buy-ins, strategic promotions, and compelling deals, all while optimizing their overall presence and visibility on the Grab platform.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
As a Partner Success Manager for FMCG Accounts, you will be instrumental in ensuring our largest partners thrive on the Grab platform, with a core focus on maximizing their success through GrabAds and in-app marketing. Your responsibilities include:
- Enterprise Onboarding & Ads Integration: Overseeing efficient onboarding for new Enterprise Accounts, ensuring seamless integration and immediate understanding of GrabAds and in-app marketing opportunities.
- Advertising Performance Analysis & Optimization: Conducting deep ROI and KPI analysis on Enterprise Account advertising campaigns, meticulously tracking metrics like campaign reach, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS. You'll use these insights to develop, implement, and continuously optimize tailored GrabAds strategies, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation, to maximize their visibility and revenue.
- Collaborative Product & Ad Enhancement: Acting as a crucial liaison, you'll gather feedback from Enterprise Accounts regarding GrabAds and in-app marketing tools. You'll translate these insights into actionable recommendations, collaborating closely with Product, Operations, and AdOps teams to enhance Grab's advertising ecosystem specifically for large partners.
- GrabAds & Platform Expertise: Becoming the go-to expert on all GrabAds products, features, and in-app marketing capabilities. You'll proactively educate Enterprise Accounts, guiding them to effectively utilize these tools to meet their extensive business objectives.
- Strategic Market & Advertising Adaptation: Continuously monitoring market trends and competitor advertising activities. You'll leverage these insights to help refine Grab's advertising offerings and support strategies, ensuring they remain competitive and responsive to the evolving needs of Enterprise Accounts.
