Get to Know the Team

We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Budget Controller Manager, Expansion Territory, to join the team in Jakarta, Indonesia and strengthen our budgeting, forecasting, and planning discipline. The Strategy & Planning team helps steer disciplined growth by aligning organization's priorities, resource allocation, and performance visibility across at least five business products. We partner with Financial Planning & Analysis ("FP&A"), Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are well planned, well governed, and backed by clear financial insight.

Get to Know the Role

You will lead the team's budgeting and forecast management cycle, while providing clear financial visibility to support planning and execution. You will work with budget owners and leadership to track spend, challenge assumptions, surface risks, and improve budget governance across projects. You will report to the Head of S&P Territory Expansion. This role is onsite and based in Jakarta.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead the team's annual budget and rolling forecast cycle
• Partner budget owners to challenge requests and improve resource allocation
• Track spend against plan, explain variances, and surface risks early
• Provide clear budget insights and scenario analysis to support leadership decisions
• Strengthen budget governance, reporting discipline, and planning processes
