Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to be accountable for GrabBike and GrabExpress in Grab Indonesia's Expansion territory. You will manage short- and medium-term strategy formulation, leads and ensures success of several projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, and serves as an internal advisor for city teams. You will report to the Head of S&P Expansion Territory. This role is onsite and based in Jakarta.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Provide business insights through data analysis, and offer recommendations to improve performance accordingly
• Monitor cities' performance, identify potential issues and propose action plans
• Lead end to end projects (including to initiate, plan, get stakeholders' buy-in, ensure timely execution, evaluate results and iterate)
