Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Senior Tech Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid-senior technical roles across diverse client projects. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape our talent pipelines, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and contribute to Gramian’s global reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build strong pipelines of active and passive tech candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, GitHub, and other sourcing tools.
  • Conduct technical and behavioral screenings to assess candidate fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the Head of Talent Solutions to understand role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Workable ATS.
  • Deliver a professional and seamless experience to candidates at all stages.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of tech recruiting experience, specifically mid-senior roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proven success in full-lifecycle recruitment of niche technical roles.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent platforms.
  • Experience with ATS tools (preferably Workable).
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and proactive work ethic.

Nice-to-Have

  • Technical knowledge or curiosity in software development, cloud, or data science.
