Project Coordinator, Engineering & Innovation

Job Overview

What You Will Do:

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the Engineering & Innovation department. This role involves coordinating various aspects of project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance. The Project Coordinator will act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


  • Assist in developing detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure all project activities are aligned with the overall project goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal team members. Maintain regular updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate project schedules, track progress, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently. Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
  • Support the implementation of quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Track project expenses and assist in managing the project budget by providing financial updates and reports.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project records. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics.
  • Must be able to occasionally travel and work flexible hours to meet deadlines.


What You Will Bring:

  • Post secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Monday.com and Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
