Job Overview

What You Will Do:

GrandBridge Energy is looking for a Temporary eDSM Coordinator to fill a 12-month contract role.  This position plays a key role in advancing customer and stakeholder engagement through effective communication, outreach, and administrative support. This position supports the planning and delivery of community engagement activities, assists participants through eligibility and application processes, and conducts initial assessments to facilitate program implementation. The role involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and coordinating with participants and service providers to ensure timelines are met. The Coordinator also contributes to Key Account initiatives by identifying energy conservation opportunities and supports continuous improvement by flagging recurring issues and process gaps.

 

  • Support customer and stakeholder engagement activities by responding to inquiries, providing program information, and guiding participants through eligibility and application requirements.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of outreach activities, including organizing events, preparing event materials, and supporting community engagement efforts.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of customer needs, gather required documentation, and prepare information to support Stream 2 program implementation.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up with participants and service providers to ensure timely submission of required documentation and adherence to program timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to customer interactions, project files, and program participation within tracking systems.
  • Prepare routine reports and data summaries to support program monitoring, performance tracking and decision making.
  •  Support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals and initiatives, by identifying opportunities for energy conservation with key stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for team meetings, presentations, and events, including preparing agendas, minutes, and supporting materials.
  • Identify recurring customer issues or process gaps to support continuous improvement efforts.

What You Will Bring

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field or diploma in a similar field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, customer service, energy management, conservation, or climate action programs.
  • Proficiency with data management tools such as Excel, CRM systems, or project tracking software is an asset.
  • Knowledge of energy conservation, renewable energy programs or related environmental initiatives is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups and support inclusive, equitable engagement practices.
