Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Payroll and benefits administration processes, including monitoring of employee timekeeping and attendance systems.
  • Interpret and enforce company policies, procedures and employment laws.
  • Budgeting
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain qualified individuals
  • Effectively handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment
  • Organize engagement activities and recognition programs that promote team spirit and reinforce company values.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and provide support and guidance to managers in performance management
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Economics field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a hospitality or service-oriented industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Greek employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of ERGANI and e-EFKA systems
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Very good command of the English language
