Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Assist with HR-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures
- Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR information and assistance
- Help manage and organize HR events, meetings, and trainings
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
- Prior experience in an HR administrative role or similar position is preferred
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using HR software and MS Office suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
