CRM Specialist

Reporting to: Head of Digital Transformation

Location: Metamorfosis, Athens


We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to manage, customize, and optimize our Zoho ecosystem. You will be responsible for implementing solutions across multiple Zoho applications, developing custom workflows and scripts (Deluge), and building seamless integrations with our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Customize and configure Zoho modules including - but not limited to - CRM, Creator, Billing, Flow, and Projects

  • Develop advanced workflows, functions, and automation using Deluge script to address unique Telematics business processes

  • Build and maintain robust integrations between Zoho applications and ERP via API’s

  • Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring data integrity across all integrated systems
