This software platform enables Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) to successfully launch their respective businesses. Additionally, GreenFlux offers a comprehensive roaming solution from self-managed to full-managed and handles charging transactions end-to-end. With its offering, GreenFlux aspires to play a pivotal role in facilitating the EVs and renewable energy revolution.

Our business is rapidly expanding and new product solutions are developed and delivered continuously. To keep up with rapid market and business expansion and to support the company’s dynamic growth, we are looking for new ambitious colleagues!

The job 

Marketing plays an important role in defining and positioning the GreenFlux value propositions and additional solutions. Since we operate a SaaS and RaaS model, our Marketing team plays an essential role in managing the funnel and sales pipeline through digital and traditional channels. The team works closely together with Sales, Product and other departments to align strategic as well as tactical choices, funnel and qualify leads. Positioning GreenFlux as a thought leader in the EV charging space is of a paramount importance. Given the context and GreenFlux ambitious goals, we are looking for the right colleague to lead our Marketing effort.     

 

As our Head of Marketing, you will be managing an agile but ambitious, enthusiastic and creative team. In this role, you will support our growth strategy by creating thought leadership and generating leads targeting (potential) charge point operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSP’s) from a variety of segments like utilities, Oil & Gas, automotive OEMs and others. You will also be actively mentoring your team members and working on bringing external and internal communication to the next level.    

To summarize, this is an ambitious but also a very rewarding role with a direct impact on GreenFlux strategy and customer wins, and, as a consequence, company growth. Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Building and implementing a marketing and communications strategy in line with our business strategy and brand narrative and translating these into tactical planning for all marketing and communication, digital and non-digital, activities (such as website, brochures, social media, email marketing); 

  • Support the definition, development, and growth of our platform product and service propositions. 

  • Plan and deliver an annual calendar of activities to support brand position and sales activities in order to meet business objectives. 

  • Organize marketing activities including events and industry exhibitions, sponsorship, PR, sales tools, and online activity.

  • Deliver a portfolio of hardcopy and digital sales and marketing collateral. 

  • Actively contribute to produce content (text) to create own collateral or serving as input to the development of collateral developed in-house. 

  • Measure the effectiveness of external communication messages and channels. 

  • Develop and maintain internal communications initiatives and tools. 

  • Public Relations.
