Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Licensure: Active New York State Medical License
• Certification: Must be Board Certified
• Experience: 1 year preferred
• Technical Skills: Comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management
• Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, patient-centered care
