Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role
  • Strong understanding of software applications and technical concepts
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service and technical support
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
