Website Designer & Developer

Growth Resourcing is seeking a talented and innovative Website Designer & Developer to join our dynamic team. Are you a creative, technically skilled website designer and developer who loves building engaging, high-performing websites? We’re looking for a Website Designer & Developer to join our team and take ownership of website projects, from design concepts to fully functional, optimised sites with a strong focus on high-converting landing pages.

This role blends creative design skills with technical development expertise, ensuring websites are visually stunning, user-friendly, and built to drive conversions. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to implement website updates, create landing pages that convert, improve SEO, and integrate marketing tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites from concept to launch
• Specialise in creating high-converting landing pages for campaigns, lead generation, and product launches
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring content, plugins, and pages are current
• Optimise websites and landing pages for speed, SEO, and mobile performance
• Implement integrations with CRM systems, marketing tools, and analytics platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics, banners, and visual assets
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with websites
• Track and report website and landing page performance, providing insights for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with design and development trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in web design and development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with front-end frameworks
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and UX/UI best practices
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in SEO best practices and website analytics is a plus
• Creative eye for design and attention to detail
• Experience designing high-converting landing pages using SEO best practices
