GrowthDesk is looking for a dynamic, multi-hyphenate Social Media Manager & Marketing Senior Executive to join our growth engine. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and strategic lead generation. You will be responsible for building our brand presence across digital platforms, filming engaging content, and executing email marketing strategies that convert.

The ideal candidate is a digital native who understands the nuances of enterprise tech, possesses a "creator" mindset for UGC-style content, and is comfortable using AI and professional editing tools to speed up workflows.

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • UGC & Filming: Lead the production of "User Generated Content" style videos for our tech products and agency solutions, acting as both the creative mind and the face/voice when necessary.

  • Platform Management: Own the daily operations of GrowthDesk’s social channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook), ensuring a consistent brand voice.

  • Creative Collaboration: Work alongside our internal creative team to design high-fidelity assets.

  • Occasional Support with Editing: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and AI-assisted tools to produce high-quality video and static content alongside our core creative team

2. Support Campaign Execution to recruit new leads

  • Content : Ideate and curate themes for the GrowthDesk podcast and other long-form content designed to establish thought leadership and drive inbound leads.

  • Ideate and execute campaigns to drive inbound leads - across events, roadshows and other marketing campaigns

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to ensure social content aligns with paid media campaigns and lead-gen targets.

  • Feedback Loops: Proactively optimize social strategy based on direct feedback from the Commercial/Sales team regarding lead quality and market trends.

3. Email Marketing (EDM) / AEO 

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage the EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) calendar and GEO / AEO content

  • Analytics: Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversions to refine email performance in line with business goals.
