Job Overview

We need an SDR Manager who can lead a team while owning the operational backbone of our outbound motion. This role requires someone highly tech-savvy who can build workflows, streamline processes, and keep the SDR engine running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach SDRs to hit outreach and meeting targets.

  • Build and maintain automations using Zapier, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel.

  • Oversee CRM hygiene, lead routing, sequences, and reporting.

  • Create dashboards and performance reports in Excel.

  • Improve outbound KPIs through optimized workflows, messaging, and targeting.

  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align pipeline needs.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills with HubSpot, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and Excel.

  • Ability to design scalable workflows and streamline manual tasks.

  • SDR leadership or SDR ops experience (2–4+ years).

  • Solid understanding of outbound strategy and qualification frameworks.

  • Analytical, organized, and process-oriented.
