Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage leads via calls, email, and social outreach
Pitch solutions, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the sales team
Manage pipeline, hit weekly outreach goals, and keep CRM up to date
Share feedback with marketing to improve campaigns

Qualifications
1–3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Remote work ready; startup experience a plus
