Summary:
We’re hiring an HR Systems Integration Specialist to help clients streamline HR and Talent technology. You will analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and ensure seamless integration of platforms into the HR landscape.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Evaluate client business processes and recommend enhancements
Manage integration of HR and talent applications
Support testing, validation, and deployment of new system features
Collaborate with technical teams to address gaps and system needs
Provide ongoing guidance and support to client stakeholders
Skills/Requirements:
Background in HRIS, LMS, or Talent systems implementation
Experience in business process analysis and systems integration
Knowledge of project tools (Visio, MS Project) a plus
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with clients
Ability to work with both local and global project teams
