Overview:
The Client Service team connects Guidepoint’s clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours.

Our Internship Program is intellectually stimulating, challenging, and rewarding. Working alongside Associates and Project Managers, you will help our clients to collect critical insights and make effective investments and business decisions. The Associate Internship Program is a six-month program that provides formal training, mentorship opportunities, and social networking outings.

What You Will Own:
- Assist in recruiting top industry experts to join the Guidepoint Network
- Identify research trends in the Healthcare, Energy/Industrials, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Technology, Media and Telecom industries for top-tier Client Service
- Utilize phone, e-mail, and other outreach methods to recruit existing Guidepoint Advisors, to participate in projects with our clients
- Assess client research needs and develop strategies to approach relevant experts
- Screen experts for their suitability and create professional profiles for client consideration
- Schedule consultation calls between experts and our clients
Experience You Will Bring:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with plans to graduate within a semester; recent graduates and master students are also eligible
- Fluency in English is essential
- Very good knowledge of additional languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian etc.) is a plus
