Job Overview

In this role, you will:

  • Work directly with the founders on critical financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and fundraising

  • Develop and streamline internal processes across billing, vendor management, and procurement

  • Partner with founders to define and track key business metrics and OKRs

  • Lead cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency as the company scales

  • Support strategic initiatives including pricing analysis, market sizing, and competitive intelligence

To be successful at this role, you have

  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate finance

  • 1+ years of experience operating at a fast-paced, high-growth startup

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency)

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action — you build the plane while flying it

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex analyses into clear recommendations

  • A systems-thinking mindset — you don't just solve problems, you build processes that prevent them

Bonus

  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, net revenue retention)

  • Prior exposure to fundraising or investor relations
