What we’re looking for

• GYG or similar fast-paced QSR experience

• Proven leadership in a high-energy environment

• Single or multi-site management experience

• Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and identify P&L opportunities

• A track record of meeting KPIs and smashing goals

• A passion for delivering genuinely outstanding customer experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
