• Translate marketing materials (email campaigns, promos, tournaments, gamification content) using ChatGPT and in collaboration with an agency;
• Maintain a structured translation archive in Notion to ensure easy access and up-to-date content;
• Support copywriters in content creation, providing feedback and assistance;
• Review published content on the website to ensure alignment with briefs, proper localization, and error-free text;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality communication across platforms.

🧭 What makes you a great match

• 1+ year of experience as a copywriter/content manager or similar position​​​​​​​;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools;
• Ability to structure information and maintain knowledge bases (Notion, Google Docs);
• Basic writing and editing skills;
• Ideally: an understanding of how marketing content should look (emails, promos, tournaments, etc.);
• Strong attention to detail — you catch even the smallest mistakes;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Organized and systematic approach to work;
• Flexibility and adaptability in changing environments;
• Responsible and proactive in solving tasks and suggesting improvements.
