Job Overview

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, entry-level team member to join our Takanini depot. As an Operations Support Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all inbound and outbound documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with Hall’s operational standards.

This role works closely with the operations, dispatch, drivers, stores, and customer service teams, providing a great opportunity to develop your administrative skills and gain insight into the logistics industry.

Hours are Monday to Friday: 7:00pm – 04:00am.
