What you’ll do:
- Deliver on our Customer Promise, ensuring every interaction results in a positive experience.
- Manage customer enquiries, including those received via email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Accurately calculate and charge fees in line with Council policy.
- Assist with maintaining accreditation processes.
- Provide accurate information and support to the wider Regulatory Services team.
- Process applications efficiently, meeting legislative requirements and timeframes.
- Review and vet online and paper applications.
- Ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with scheduling inspection and monitoring appointments.
