What you’ll do:

  • Deliver on our Customer Promise, ensuring every interaction results in a positive experience.
  • Manage customer enquiries, including those received via email.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Accurately calculate and charge fees in line with Council policy.
  • Assist with maintaining accreditation processes.
  • Provide accurate information and support to the wider Regulatory Services team.
  • Process applications efficiently, meeting legislative requirements and timeframes.
  • Review and vet online and paper applications.
  • Ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with scheduling inspection and monitoring appointments.
