In this role, you will:

• Deliver a high standard of customer service to all patrons and act as a role model for positive swimming behaviour.
• Encourage, teach, and empower patrons to become confident swimmers while promoting water safety.
• Support and promote aquatic activities and events within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons in line with the Learn to Swim curriculum, tailored to the appropriate age group.
• Provide parents, caregivers, and patrons with regular updates on progress and capability development.
• Ensure customers receive a positive experience, reflected through feedback on the quality of lessons.
