As the Microsoft 365 Technical Lead, you’ll be responsible for the design, configuration, and administration of our Microsoft 365 platform. You’ll ensure services like Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and associated security and compliance tools are optimised to meet business needs, governance standards, and security requirements.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining deep operational expertise with architectural oversight. You’ll be the go-to authority for all things M365 within our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft 365 services.
• Ensure platform configuration aligns with business goals, security policies, and compliance obligations.
• Provide expert guidance and support across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and M365 security features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance platform performance and user experience.
• Act as the technical lead within the M365 team, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
