What’s the position?

At HRD, the business intelligence team prides itself in not just providing and making data accessible but being an expert for the teams we support. We expect ALL analysts to think like a CEO and drive the business forward through providing timely and actionable insights. In short, it’s more than just a data role!

As a BI Analyst, you will:

• Be CURIOUS! You don’t just report on data, you dive into the numbers to tell a compelling story of what’s going on and what we need to do next.
  

• Translate data into actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior, operational performance, and lifecycle trends
  

• Deliver clear recommendations that drive business decisions and measurable outcomes
  

• Partner closely with Customer Operations leadership to identify opportunities and provide recommendations and ideas
  

• Own recurring and ad-hoc insights reporting, proactively surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities impacting the health of customer operations team
  

• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, product, marketing, and compliance teams to define success metrics, align on KPIs, and ensure consistent interpretation of customer data across the organization
  

• Drive a culture of data-informed decision making by helping stakeholder frame analytical questions, interpret results, and operationalize insights into scalable actions.
