What’s the position?
We are looking for a well-rounded individual with experience in ecommerce financial disputes to roll up their sleeves and join us as one of our Analysts. This role will report into the Payments & Fraud team and be responsible for protecting both the customer as well as the business by providing professional, accurate and realistic expectations for all matters related to the potential fraud and dispute side of the i-gaming space.
Analyst will need to navigate and manage multiple online financial portals to obtain the transactions in question.
Reviewing customers’ financial transaction history. Including but not limited to, financial records, bank statements, and credit card statements.
Analyst will be responsible for validating and verifying customer documentation when further verification is necessary.
Perform in-depth analysis of account(s) in order to build a case to counter-dispute transactions that patrons have reversed on our platform.
Manage multiple jurisdictions of internal controls to ensure regulations are followed accordingly
