What’s the position?
We are looking for a Technical Test Automation Lead to raise the standard of testing and release confidence across our engineering organization.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building automation, defining testing standards, and improving how we ship software across backend services and client applications. You will work across Golang and Elixir backend systems and Unity-based frontend clients, helping teams move faster with greater stability and confidence.
You will act as the bridge between Engineering and QA, driving a platform-wide automation strategy, mentoring existing automation engineers, and reducing reliance on repetitive manual testing.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the test automation strategy across backend and client systems.
Design and implement:
Integration testing frameworks for Go and Elixir services
Cross-service scenario and end-to-end tests
Environment and deployment validation tests
Introduce automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Establish standards for:
Service-level test coverage
Integration and scenario testing
Deployment and migration validation
Build automated checks for:
Reward and transaction flows
Event-driven systems and pub/sub pipelines
External service integrations
Partner with backend and Unity engineers to improve system testability.
Mentor QA automation engineers and help grow their technical capabilities.
Reduce manual testing effort by replacing repetitive scenarios with reliable automated coverage.
