What are we building?
Hard Rock Digital is focused on becoming the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We’re building a team driven by a passion for learning, operating, and building new products and technologies for millions of consumers. We care deeply about each customer’s interaction, experience, and trust, and we operate in a highly regulated environment where quality, reliability, and compliance are critical.

Rooted in the kindred spirits of Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard Rock Digital brings a globally recognized brand into the digital space—at scale, with operational excellence at the core.

What’s the position?
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of Hard Rock Digital’s platform and related applications. This role plays a critical part in validating system changes, protecting customer experience, and reducing operational and regulatory risk.

Salesforce will be the primary system under QA, requiring strong hands-on experience across Salesforce environments, customizations, and integrations. You will work closely with developers, product teams, business system owners, and analysts to ensure that enhancements, configurations, and integrations meet defined quality standards before release.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze business requirements and functional specifications to design detailed, well-structured test cases.

  • Execute manual and automated testing across multiple Salesforce environments, including Lightning, Classic, and integrated third-party applications.

  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, UAT, and performance testing for Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

  • Validate third-party system integrations to ensure end-to-end functionality, data integrity, compliance, and performance.

  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using Jira, with test case management, execution, and reporting handled through Jira Xray.

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, provide feedback, and recommend quality improvements.

  • Validate data accuracy across Salesforce objects, reports, dashboards, and system integrations.

  • Ensure adequate test coverage and proactively identify quality and risk gaps across Salesforce functionality.

  • Assist in building, maintaining, and expanding automated test coverage using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Salesforce-specific automation frameworks (e.g., Provar, Copado).

  • Support the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).

  • Maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, execution results, and release sign-off artifacts.

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and QA best practices to continuously improve testing effectiveness.
