What’s the position?
The Compliance Validation Analyst is responsible for conducting detailed assessments of business processes and activities to determine whether they are being executed in accordance with documented procedures and applicable regulatory standards. This role supports the organization’s broader compliance assurance efforts by validating that policies are being followed in practice and identifying any gaps or inconsistencies. The analyst will work closely with business teams to understand workflows, collect evidence, and support enhancements where necessary. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for process improvement and regulatory compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform validation reviews to assess whether internal business operations are consistent with documented policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Collect, review, and evaluate evidence from business units to confirm adherence to process documentation.

  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or control weaknesses and escalate findings to the Compliance Validation Manager.

  • Review root cause analyses of incidents and assess the effectiveness of existing policies and procedures in preventing similar occurrences.

  • Draft clear, organized summaries of validation results and support the preparation of formal validation reports.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify workflows and understand operational nuances.

  • Assist in developing and refining validation checklists, templates, and standard operating procedures.

  • Track follow-up actions and support remediation efforts to ensure identified issues are addressed.

  • Participate in special validation projects related to new product launches, jurisdictional requirements, or internal process changes.

  • Contribute to team discussions on trends, risk indicators, and potential improvements to policies and procedures.

  • Maintain organized documentation and records of all validation activities in accordance with internal standards and audit readiness expectations.
