What’s the position?
As a Production Coordinator on the Creative Marketing Team, you’ll be at the center of our video, audio and photo production efforts, helping to deliver compelling and engaging content across all our marketing channels. From concept to execution, you will help ensure that all video projects align with our brand, objectives, and target audiences. You’ll work closely with producers, editors, creatives, and other key stakeholders, ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage video production workflows: Coordinate and oversee the video, audio and photo production processes – from pre-production through post-production – making sure all content is delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and social media teams to plan and execute content that speaks to our sports betting and online casino audiences.
Support production logistics: Help schedule shoots, book talent, manage set operations, and ensure everything is in place for smooth production.
Work with external vendors: Coordinate with external production companies, agencies, or talent to bring projects to life.
Review briefs and provide feedback: Assess creative briefs and concepts to ensure they align with the project goals, providing feedback and ensuring clarity for the production team.
Maintain quality control: Oversee reviews, ensuring that final assets meet brand standards and technical specifications.
Collaborate on creative strategy: Participate in brainstorming sessions, sharing your ideas to shape the creative direction for upcoming campaigns.
