Senior Interior Designer

As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll be an integral part of our design team, working on a diverse range of projects across workplace, commercial and education/health. You’ll collaborate with architects, strategists, and other designers to create thoughtful and innovative interior environments that enhance how people live, work, and connect.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring design excellence and innovation.
• Develop and present compelling design concepts, material palettes, and spatial strategies.
• Oversee/participate in documentation, ensuring high-quality detailing and technical accuracy.
• Manage client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to coordinate design intent and project delivery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices to inform innovative solutions.
