- Provide non-clinical support to the Ambulance Operations and Event Health Services teams at planned and unplanned events, major incidents, and natural disasters
- Assist with administration, communications, welfare, and logistics tasks as required
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while working under pressure
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach and provide exceptional support to ensure seamless operations
