Cover for our Store Manager on an as and when needed basis to ensure the smooth running of our Te Awamutu Retail Store.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Supporting store manager in operations and achieving the shop’s revenue targets
• Sorting donations and restocking shelves
• Maintaining store displays and cleanliness
• Collaborating with the manager to price goods appropriately
• Encouraging and supporting exceptional customer service
• Leading and motivating volunteers
