Retail Store Manager - Part Time

We are looking for an experienced retail manager with a strong passion for community and a drive for success. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of our Huapai store.  This is a permanent, part time role. You will be working 32 hours a week, 9:30 am - 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

This role offers a huge amount of variety and autonomy. 

Key responsibilities include

• Overseeing and managing shop operations and stock levels
• Managing shop revenue and achieving sales targets
• Promoting and marketing the store locally
• Managing and maintaining store displays, and setting the pricing of stock
• Rostering staff, leading and motivating volunteers and staff members
• Generating monthly reports and forecasting
• Encouraging and supporting exceptional customer service
