We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Experience team as an administrator!
Our team of administrators are often the first point of contact for employees and volunteers, managing a wide range of 'people-process' enquiries. The role is busy, fast-paced and rewarding as you'll play a key part in supporting our people as well as learning something new every day!
Duties include
- Preparing employment agreements and variation letters,
- Loading reporting line changes, resignations, secondments, volunteer transfers and updating compliance records.
- Managing recruitment administration — from answering candidate enquiries and immigration matters through to supporting volume recruitment projects and careers expos.
- Maintain seamless delivery of our support services and also provide back up support to other HR Administrators & Recruitment Coordinators when required.

Hours are Monday to Friday (40 hours / week) 8:30am to 5:00pm and based from our offices in Ellerslie, Auckland.
