Reporting to the Health and Wellbeing Advisory Lead, the Occupational Health Specialist provides expert occupational health advice and guidance to help identify and manage workplace health risks, while promoting the health, wellbeing, and fitness for work of our people.
Working alongside HSW Advisors and leaders, you will provide guidance on complex occupational health matters, including health risk assessment, monitoring, and workplace adaptations. You will also contribute to the development of occupational health programmes, standards, and organisational initiatives, while building capability across the organisation through specialist guidance, education, and knowledge sharing.
This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity, working 20 hours per week.
