He aha te tūranga - About the role:

Reporting to the Clinical Education Delivery Manager, you will support the national coordination and optimisation of clinical education delivery, ensuring rosters and clinical delivery capacity are planned and managed effectively across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Support effective workforce management through accurate data entry, analysis, roster coordination and performance monitoring.
  • Lead the national workforce planning consolidation project, aligning Clinical Education Delivery rosters across the motu.
  • Manage the national course delivery calendar and educator/CSO deployment schedules.
  • Analyse workforce capacity, availability and demand to identify gaps and optimise scheduling, reducing reliance on reactive or ad hoc coverage.
  • Develop and maintain workforce utilisation dashboards and reporting to support informed decision-making and operational performance.
  • Provide workforce analysis and reporting, including ATP compliance, CSO establishment planning and course capacity.
  • Work collaboratively with Clinical Practice, Payroll, HR and other stakeholders to identify efficiencies and support strategic priorities.
  • Lead and contribute to projects that improve Clinical Education Delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position, working 40 hours per week. This is a hybrid role and will ideally be based in Auckland or Christchurch, however, other locations may be considered.
