Our monitored alarm systems provide peace of mind, ensuring that help is just the push of a button away.

As a Telecare Field Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers by:

• Building positive, trusting relationships with those who rely on our medical alarms.
• Demonstrating and installing our monitored alarm systems, ensuring customers feel confident using them.
• Providing top-notch customer care, including servicing and troubleshooting alarm equipment.
• Promoting our services at community events and group demonstrations.
• Responding promptly to emergency alerts and coordinate appropriate assistance.

This is a permanent, part-time position working 16 hours across two days a week, with the days chosen by you. You will also be on call every second weekend, with allowances provided.

This role covers Tairawhiti, Wairoa, and surrounding areas.
